Your responsibilities:
- Technical FM Supervisor:
- Supervision of Maintenances and repairs HVAC, M&E in liaise with the handyman
- On site presence for projects and extra works follow-up & supervision
- Responsible for mandatory tech inspections and report
- Building management in liaise with the Property manager
- Landlord’s relation & meetings
- Access system & Security management
- Daily site inspection
- Internal employees requests handling
- Workplace Services Coordinator
- Document management: archiving scanning and mailings
- Key and lockers management
- Office supply and Goods
- Inventory control asset & furniture
- Tech tools management
- Purchase order follow-up
- Small project quotations, plans update , moves ,landscaping
- Corporate emailing services Records Management interface services
- FM & Reception Back-up
Your Profile
- You must have proficient written and verbal skills in English and French. German is great asset
- High School Diploma or related experience.
- Previous experience of working within a high profile corporate environment
- Pro-active and hands on – happy to support other Team members
- Knowledge of Facilities Management processes
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to show initiative
- Demonstrated ability to interact with staff, guests, and clients in a pleasant and professional manner
- Able to use standard office equipment and demonstrate the ability to prioritize
- Manage confidential information and materials with discretion at all times
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to interact with all levels
- Strong control and follow-up skills
